Overall objective is to enhance the culture of human rights, justice and good governance in Montenegro by addressing juvenile delinquency and combating peer violence effectively. Specific objective(s): SO1 To stimulate a comprehensive and cross-sectoral response to peer violence in the country, involving institutions, capacitated CSOs and citizens of 9 municipalities in Montenegro; SO2 To empower young people to become active participants in building resilient, inclusive and democratic society.
