The project aims to support key democratic reforms in Montenegro which will enhance good governance and responsibility of decision makers on local and national level by improving elements of electoral process, simultaneously impacting on political criteria of the EU negotiation process, human rights of vulnerable groups and inclusive dialogue among key actors at all levels.
