Specific objective 1: To asses and increase the level of professionalism, accountability, efficiency and integrity of the judiciary, establishing in that way more effective mechanisms of cooperation between CSOs and judicial institutions.
Specific objective 2: To improve the monitoring and advocacy capacities of local CSOs so as to increase the level of civil society’s inclusion in supporting judicial reform in Montenegro and the negotiating chapter 23 - Judiciary and Basic Human Rights.
