Overall goal: To contribute to the fight against corruption by more effective scrutiny of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Montenegro. Its goal is to reduce public mistrust in efficiency of public spending and increase the level of availability and accessibility of information on the work of SOEs in Montenegro.
Specific objective: To increase level of effective participation of CSOs, media and citizens in scrutiny of State-Owned Enterprises in Montenegro. This objective will be reflected in the successful implementation of up to 5 sub-granted projects, and in significant number of policy products, initatives and at least 40 evidence-based policy recommendations for more transparent and accountable work of state owned enterprises provided by the civil society.
