One of the ways to solve the excessive pollution in Pljevlja is the implementation of energy efficiency measures, which would contribute to lower consumption of electricity and therefore less pollution. In addition, raising the awareness of citizens about energy efficiency measures is crucial. These are the two pillars of this project.
