"Youth and Climate Changes' " program includes lectures, field trips, debates, and quizzes and was developed by climate change experts. The project is designed to boost active involvement of young people from Podgorica's high schools in an educational program focused on climate change. The goal is to raise awareness of the general public about climate change believing that citizens can change their behavior and be active drivers of change in their local communities.
