NGO Little Finger starts from the concept that every neighborhood should have a space where the local community can gather to watch a movie, organize an exhibition, or creative people to show their work, develop additionally some skills through socialization and reach their full potential. The main segment of the project includes free creative workshops with experts in their fields (photography, choreography, film, public performance) as well as evenings of productive gatherings that will include dozens of young people from the Podgorica's district of Zabjelo.
