The problem of the uncontrolled population of abandoned dogs in Nikšić represents a health, financial and aesthetic problem. Therefore, the general goal to which the project wishes to contribute is to reduce the number of abandoned dogs in a humane and systematic way and to improve the health of dogs in the territory of the municipality of Nikšić.
