The project’s key component is the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the local labour market. Social protection beneficiaries, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and members of the RE population will undergo ten months of practical work in order to improve their work-related skills. The project also includes working with businesses to identify opportunities for the development of innovative infrastructure and effective utilisation of human resources, provided for by smart specialization.
