This project connects the potential of Pljevlja Municipality for sustainable exploataion of the medicinal herbs with the problem of the vulnerability of women in the local labor market. Through workshops and trainings, twenty participants will acquire knowledge from mentors about medicinal plants and sustainable use for food, cosmetic, decorative, and medical purposes. The trainings do not include only skills about plant processing, but also about starting a business, investment opportunities, preparing a business plan, business communication, and other business skills.
