This project seeks to improve the strategic framework in the field of energy efficiency for Nikšić and Plužine, in accordance with the European Union policies. The 'Association of Young Ecologists Nikšić" conceives it is by promoting good examples and raising awareness of the local community through eco caravans, trainings, intensive media campaigns, and special emphasis is placed on knowledge transfer on the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans as well as capacity building, both of NGOs and local governments.
