The project's specific goal is to improve the individual capacities and skills of the young RE population in the job search process. "EmployRE" includes a three-month training program for ten young members of the RE population with modules for CV development, business communication, self-presentation skills, worker rights, and other theoretical knowledge. The project also recognizes the shortage of opportunities to acquire practical knowledge, so participants will be supported to visit local government and other organizations and complete an internship program in different institutions and organizations.
