This project is directed to the people with visual impairments and with that, it aims to help them gain access to more information and knowledge, but also raise awareness of authors from Nikšić about the importance of creating and publishing their work in formats that are easily accessible for the people with disabilities, which will indirectly contribute to their active inclusion in the culture and art life of the city.
