Inclusion of people with disabilities is the main field of work for Association for Assisting Persons with Disabilities, so with this project, it is aimed to empower this socially vulnerable group to take part in sports activities and on that way socialize and improve their motor skills. The plan is to work with 20 people with disabilities, motivate them and boost their confidence. People will disabilities will gain knowledge of the benefits of using gym services and inclusion in regular sports activities, but also will improve physical competence, motor enhancement, muscle tone, proper posture, and eventually increase awareness of people with disabilities’ involvement in sports activities.
