Association for Assisting Persons with Disabilities has a success story coming from Hairstyle salon Status in Niksic. After successful completion of training through Persons with Disabilities in Entrepreneurship project, three persons with disabilities have been hired. Ten persons have been through two-month training and mentor support, and now they are fully ready to peruse their careers. 10 employers are better informed on legal and technical options of employing persons with disabilities, out of which 5 were interested to initiate it in practice.
The main goal of this project was inclusion of persons with disabilities in labour market, but also development of women entrepreneurship in Niksic.
