Overall objective: To contribute to an increased culture of dialogue and tolerance in Montenegro, through strengthening the role of CSOs in reducing socio-political tensions, but also promoting EU values in terms of Montenegro's future accession.
Specific objective: Strengthening the awareness of the citizens of Montenegro about the necessity of free speech and critical reasoning, with tolerance of diversity, but also the promotion of lesser-known domestic authors and/or their works.
