Overall objective: Contribution to the EU integration of Montenegro through the reduction of corruption in to the urban planning sector (space planning and construction of facilities / infrastructure projects).
Specific objective: To increase the level of responsibility and efficiency of the key institution in the urban planning and spatial planning sector, through research cases of possible corruption or negligence on the part of the authorities, with an increase informedness and involvement of citizens in decision-making processes of planning and spatial arrangement in Montenegro.
