The project contributes to strengthening trust between citizens, 16 civil society organizations, and representatives of local governments. Project activities of analysis and recommendations for improving the work of local parliaments, educational workshops, training, and public campaigns will result in applying new standards of local parliaments' openness, control mechanisms, and the capacities strengthening of local civil society organizations.
