The overall project goal is to enhance communication between youth and the local government in Nikšić by developing a digital tool for this purpose (a digital community association) and further empower them to utilize participation mechanisms and initiate changes in their neighborhoods through three training sessions and a competition for young people to renovate their spaces in the neighborhoods. All of this enhances the capacities and role of civil society actors in the local community.
