The project aims to empower persons with disabilities (PWDs) from the municipality of Bijelo Polje, increase participation in monitoring the Local Action Plan implementation process in the field of disability, help educate PWDs about their rights, and improve public awareness about multiple sclerosis to promote the full realization of the UN Convention on the Rights of PWDs at the local level.
