description

"By implementing activities within the ""Alarm for Mobbing - STOP Workplace Harassment"" project, efforts will be directed towards increasing awareness, education, and consciousness among employees about various forms of workplace mobbing, as well as models of protection against workplace harassment. The goal is to enable employees to recognize any form of harassment and react promptly and appropriately.

General Objective:
Raising awareness among workers about their rights and protection from workplace mobbing.
Specific Objectives:
SC1: Increasing awareness about workers' rights, recognizing mobbing, and protection from mobbing through two roundtable discussions, preparation, and distribution of at least 100 copies of a publication, and a media and social media campaign covering at least 20,000 people over the 8-month duration of the project.
SC2: Improved support for victims of mobbing through legal and psychosocial assistance for at least 5 victims of workplace mobbing during the 8-month project duration.
SC3: Enhanced knowledge about mobbing in Montenegro through survey research among at least 200 employees and data collection from all courts in Montenegro over the 8-month duration of the project.
Target Groups:
Employees (with a focus on groups particularly susceptible to discrimination such as women, LGBTI individuals, youth, persons with disabilities, Roma, Egyptians, displaced persons, as well as the rights of minorities. The focus will be on empowering victims of mobbing, maintaining constant public attention on the issue of mobbing, and raising awareness about the importance of respecting diversity, LGBTI individuals, persons with disabilities, gender equality, and the role of women in society. The project will provide an opportunity to assist victims of mobbing, discrimination, and various forms of workplace harassment through the inclusion of legal and psychosocial counseling, as well as referrals to relevant institutions to address workplace issues and improve the overall well-being of employees. Through awareness-raising and support, victims will overcome the fear of misunderstanding, find courage, and defend their personalities. Citizens will be able to provide legal and psychosocial assistance through a dedicated phone line during working hours from 8 am to 4 pm.

The project will conduct research to collect information from relevant institutions on how many employees have contacted them in the last ten years and for what reasons, whether they have initiated further legal processes, and what the outcomes are. Additionally, there are plans for surveying employees and organizing two roundtable discussions on the topics of ""Case Study of Workplace Mobbing"" and ""Mobbing Among Marginalized Groups."" All these activities will result in the creation of a publication available in both print and electronic forms, beneficial for the wider population to gain insight into the state of judicial work, awareness of the problem and recognition of mobbing, serving local and state authorities in formulating and implementing policies."
