Project Background: Plav boasts significant tourism potential due to its unique natural beauty and diverse cultural heritage. Despite this, there are no strategic development documents focusing on tourism, and the number of rural businesses is limited. The interest in hiking, biking, and adventure tourism is increasing, yet the rural business sector remains underdeveloped."
