The goal of the project is to establish a volunteer support service for children and youth with developmental disabilities (at least ten children and youth, members of the association, ages 12-29 years), which will include their peers, as well as trusted persons and help them through play and interaction, better understand their needs, and help them acquire skills that will contribute to their greater independence. Also, through workshops, training, and research, the project includes 150 students, parents, and teachers from primary and secondary schools in Tuzi, who will be educated and better equipped through project activities to increase the visibility of children and youth with developmental disabilities and create conditions for their better acceptance in society.
