The project aims to increase citizen participation, transparency, and accountability for the work of local self-government bodies in Rožaje. Main project activities: Four one-day workshops on civic rights, management processes, methods of involving citizens in decision-making processes, and identification of local problems and local community comparative advantages; Lectures and workshops for high school students to introduce young future leaders to the concepts, principles, and mechanisms of civic and democratic society and good governance at the local level; Communication campaign and project promotion; The final conference and panel on the topic "Opportunities and challenges for the inclusion of citizens in the decision-making process" will serve to present the results and activities realized within the project in cooperation with local CSOs, media, and representatives of local administration;
