"The general goal of the project is to enhance the visibility of persons with disabilities and improve the capacities of civil society organizations that contribute to the promotion and protection of the human rights of persons with disabilities and their empowerment in the cultural sector.

Specific objectives of the project are:
Increase the cognitive, critical, and artistic capacities of cultural workers (artists, cultural theorists, art activists, students) with and without disabilities for socially engaged, contemporary, conscious, and solidarity-based action in the field of culture aimed at the civic emancipation of Montenegrin society in line with EU cultural policies and practices.

Enhance, through the dissemination of information about the project, the knowledge of other cultural and political actors (citizens of Montenegro, decision-makers in the cultural sector, cultural workers not directly involved in the project, political parties) about the importance of the participation of persons with disabilities in the cultural sector in the process of Montenegro's integration into the EU and the civic emancipation of Montenegrin society.

Increase cooperation between civil society organizations, state bodies, local authorities, donors, media, and other interested parties regarding the human rights of persons with disabilities.

Target Groups
Persons with disabilities and organizations dedicated to protecting their rights;
Experts in the film industry, and students of art faculties;
Representatives of local governments and representatives of executive institutions."
