Specific project objective: Advancing gender equality in Montenegro through mapping the scope and treatment of women in the employment process, as well as raising awareness, knowledge, and information about the harmfulness of discrimination and possible ways to achieve their equal treatment in the process of employment.

The project's target group is women, especially those who are victims of discrimination in the employment process due to family and marital responsibilities. The project will directly involve a minimum of 30 women from various municipalities in Montenegro. Additionally, the project's target group includes employer and worker organizations, decision-makers, and the broader public."
