"The general aim of the project is to contribute to improving the lives of women diagnosed with or treated for breast cancer and to empower them for reintegration into the work environment. This general aim will be achieved through the fulfillment of the following specific objectives (SO):

SO1: Providing psychological support and economic empowerment to women diagnosed with or treated for breast cancer;
SO2: Strengthening collaboration among NGOs, governmental bodies, local authorities, media, and other stakeholders to support women diagnosed with or treated for breast cancer in the workplace.

Direct target group: Women diagnosed with breast cancer, those undergoing treatment for breast cancer, and women who have recovered from breast cancer but have not returned to the workplace or face difficulties in reintegrating into the work environment.

Indirect target group: Governmental bodies, local self-government authorities, families and friends of women with breast cancer, citizens, institutions, media, international organizations/agencies in Montenegro, society as a whole, employers, women's civil organizations, occupational health organizations, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Ministry of Health, Public Health Institute, Oncology Institute of KCCG, General Hospital Bijelo Polje, and other healthcare institutions."
