The project contributes to improving the position of persons with disabilities (PWDs) and their families in Kotor, through their participation in the creation and improvement of local public policies. The specific goal is to initiate the adoption of a maximum of three documents in the field of rights of persons with disabilities, that is, the initiation of the Local Action Plan in the field of disability for the period 2025-2027. Project activities: Conducting at least three focus groups with PWDs, their families, and relevant institutions representatives, to gather information on the current situation; Provision of free legal assistance to persons with disabilities and their families; Collection and data analysis on respect for the rights of PWDs in Kotor; Public advocacy for the improvement of the rights of PWDs in Kotor; Campaign to inform and raise awareness about the rights of Kotor PWDs.
