The project improves the cooperation and communication of youth organizations with the local self-government in Niksic, by launching an initiative to establish at least one innovative participation mechanism, such as the Youth Council. The project focuses on the formation of a local Youth Platform, that is, on empowering at least 30 young people to create and submit an initiative for the establishment of an innovative participation mechanism via this platform. In cooperation with local youth CSOs and all local relevant stakeholders, the project also strengthens the research and advocacy capacities of CSO Optimists.
