The overall objective is to strengthen the impact of forest-based civil society organizations (FCSOs) on establishing forest owners and rural populations - a more favorable political, legislative, strategic and institutional framework for forests, with special emphasis on private forests, including forests in national parks , as well as the framework for rural development related to forests (hereinafter: the forestry system framework (FSF)), based on the principles of ecological, social and economic sustainability.
The specific objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity of the FCSOs to prepare proposals more favorable and to take decision-makers of an acceptable FSF, on the basis of which they will be able to influence the establishment of such a framework.
