Overall goal: to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations from Nikšić for monitoring and controlling the work of local government, strengthen mutual partnerships and cooperation of CSOs with local institutions to achieve greater transparency, efficiency and accountability in the work of local self-government institutions.
