Overall objective: Contribution to the improvement of the integration of Montenegro in the EU by strengthening the participation of civil society in decision-making processes and the implementation of reforms in the elimination of viral hepatitis by 2030. Specific objectives: Improving the framework of action and intersectoral cooperation in the areas of protecting the rights of patients with viral hepatitis in Montenegro (1 ). Strengthening the capacity of patient associations and vulnerable groups through strengthening support services, capacity buiding and improving visibility (2).
