Overall objective: To contribute to better and faster reforms and the process of integration of Montenegro into the EU, through the strengthened capacities of civil society organizations, the media, and active citizens.
Specific objective 1: Strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations so that they, as responsible and visible actors, are actively involved in the implementation of the Green Agenda through multi-sector dialogue and active citizenship.
Specific objective 2: Strengthen the media's understanding of the Green Agenda in order to contribute to the promotion of its implementation through improved reporting quality.
