The project's aim is to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities in Cetinje by mobilizing the support of the social community, which will result in establishing a concrete in-home support service, psychosocial empowerment, and direct assistance in everyday activities. Via research and analysis of the existing situation within this area and establishing cooperation with all local stakeholders, an initiative addressed to the local self-government for the more permanent establishment of a local support service for persons with disabilities will be developed.
