Analysis of two laws and rulebooks regarding employment and discrimination of persons with disabilities, which would result in specific recommendations with the goal of developing working abilities of persons with disabilities and their social inclusion. The project plans for workshops for beneficiaries of the association created for the purpose of their qualification for independent life to the degree it is possible and improvement of working skills.
