The project will provide an opportunity to assist victims of mobbing, discrimination, and various forms of workplace harassment through the inclusion of legal and psychosocial counseling, as well as referrals to relevant institutions to address workplace issues and improve the overall well-being of employees. Through awareness-raising and support, victims will overcome the fear of misunderstanding, find courage, and defend their personalities. Citizens will be able to provide legal and psychosocial assistance through a dedicated phone line during working hours from 8 am to 4 pm.
The project will conduct research to collect information from relevant institutions on how many employees have contacted them in the last ten years and for what reasons, whether they have initiated further legal processes, and what the outcomes are. Additionally, there are plans for surveying employees and organizing two roundtable discussions on the topics of ""Case Study of Workplace Mobbing"" and ""Mobbing Among Marginalized Groups."" All these activities will result in the creation of a publication available in both print and electronic forms, beneficial for the wider population to gain insight into the state of judicial work, awareness of the problem and recognition of mobbing, serving local and state authorities in formulating and implementing policies."
