description

"Overall Objective:
To support inclusive employment for Roma and Egyptians by enhancing their employability, increasing their access to job opportunities, and improving living conditions for marginalized families. This will be achieved by implementing active employment measures, including workplace training programs and raising awareness about the employment system.

Specific Objectives:
Specific Objective 1: Improve the employability of young Roma and Egyptians in the municipalities of Nikšić, Berane, Bijelo Polje, and Pljevlja by organizing 4-month work placement training programs with private employers. This aims to provide practical work experience to at least 7 unemployed young Roma and Egyptians from these less developed northern municipalities of Montenegro.

Specific Objective 2: Enhance the awareness and knowledge of young Roma and Egyptians about the employment system and labor market through training sessions and an informational campaign. This will target at least 25 young Roma and Egyptians to better understand the institutional framework of employment and market opportunities."
