"Overall Objective:
To improve the local economic environment in the municipality of Kolašin by fostering connectivity, support, skill enhancement, and promotion. This will be achieved by addressing the socio-economic challenges posed by negative migration trends, high unemployment rates, and a lack of innovation, particularly in entrepreneurship and skill development. The project aims to capitalize on recent economic growth and infrastructure investments in Kolašin by equipping the local population with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to participate in emerging economic opportunities.

Specific Objectives:
Specific Objective 1: Establish an Innovation Center for the Development of the North, which will provide systematic support to artisans, women entrepreneurs, tourism professionals, and registered agricultural producers in the Kolašin municipality. The center will act as a bridge between the target group, funding bodies, banks, local government, and the private sector, ensuring access to financial resources and facilitating business ventures.

Specific Objective 2: Encourage entrepreneurship among young people, women, and other key stakeholders by providing tailored educational programs. These programs will focus on entrepreneurship, good agricultural practices, digital skills, and tourism, with a particular emphasis on mountain and sustainable eco-tourism.

Specific Objective 3: Enhance digital skills and support the digitalization of tourism and agricultural activities in rural areas. This will be done in collaboration with a project partner specializing in digitalization, which will offer workshops and technical support to the target group."
