The overall objective is to contribute to increasing the accountability and transparency of state institutions in the sphere of budget spending and public finances. Specific objective is to increase the control and transparency of public spending at the national level, through expert analysis, research texts and regular informing public on the national budget, spending, the public debt structure and/or projects financed from the capital budget of Montenegro.
