Institutions and organizations in the field of human rights, social and health care
Local institutions The project ""Capacity Strengthening for the Protection of Vulnerable Groups' Rights"" plans to implement key activities aimed at raising awareness and providing support to individuals from vulnerable categories. These activities include organizing training sessions for members of civil society organizations (CSOs) on the concept of respecting human rights, with a focus on protecting the rights of vulnerable groups. Additionally, there is a plan for training on responding to situations involving rights violations and discrimination against vulnerable categories, with a specific emphasis on effective public advocacy.

Informative materials outlining procedures for handling cases of rights violations and discrimination against members of vulnerable groups will be developed, offering practical guidelines for dealing with such situations. By organizing discussion forums, the project aims to facilitate education and exchange of experiences among representatives of CSOs and institutions. The creation of a campaign is intended to promote the human rights of individuals from vulnerable categories and foster their social acceptance.

Over the course of 10 months of project activities, the project anticipates capacity building and training for at least 10 CSOs, particularly those involved in harm reduction services. Furthermore, the project plans to involve at least 300 individuals from vulnerable categories using these services, encompassing drug users, sex workers, HIV-positive individuals, those at risk of HIV and hepatitis, as well as LGBT individuals. The engagement of at least 5 state and local institutions in project activities aims to enhance dialogue and collaboration. Project visibility activities are expected to engage at least 2,000 individuals and 10 organizations."
