"Overall Objective: The project aims to establish a sustainable waste management model and enhance tourism as a prerequisite for socio-economic development in northern Montenegro. By addressing waste management issues and promoting eco-tourism, the project seeks to improve environmental conditions and support economic growth in rural areas.

Specific Objectives:

Develop and implement functional waste management models in at least three villages.
Promote waste composting practices among at least 10 households.
Market and establish at least 3 tourist sites as green zones. The project aligns with the overall goals of the call for proposals and supports the priority area of eco-tourism by integrating sustainable practices into rural waste management and tourism development."
