"Overall Objective: The project aims to facilitate job market access for NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth in Nikšić, particularly those from marginalized communities such as the Roma ethnic group. By equipping these young individuals with valuable skills and offering practical opportunities, the project seeks to enhance their employability and foster long-term socio-economic development in the region.

Specific Objectives:
Train NEET Youth: Provide targeted training to 20 NEET youth in job search techniques, basic business communication, modern digital skills, and administrative competencies.
Offer Practical Experience: Enable 10 trained individuals to gain hands-on experience through paid internships with local NGOs, enhancing their professional skills and job readiness.
Support NGO Development: Facilitate the establishment of a new NGO by providing training in project proposal writing and mentorship, empowering NEET youth to initiate and manage their own projects. By addressing the barriers faced by NEET youth and fostering their engagement in both employment and community leadership, the project contributes to sustainable local socio-economic development in northern Montenegro."
