"Overall Objective: To support inclusive employment for people with disabilities (PWD), with a focus on women with disabilities, by advocating for and establishing social enterprises, and improving their integration into the labor market.

Specific Objectives:

Establish a kind of Social Enterprise: Set up a social enterprise to employ three women with disabilities (WWD) in Nikšić for a period of six months, thus creating direct job opportunities and fostering economic empowerment.

Enhance Employment Readiness and Awareness: Improve the knowledge and job prospects for PWD in Nikšić by organizing educational workshops on employment systems and informing at least 20 employers about the benefits of hiring PWD."
