"Overall Objective:

The main idea of the project is to harness the creative capacities of persons with disabilities (PWD), especially women with disabilities (WWD), identified through three years of NVO MOZAIK’s activities. By organizing creative activities and workshops, we have recognized significant potential for self-employment and social entrepreneurship among PWD. Therefore, the goal of the project is to economically empower unemployed WWD through the establishment of a social enterprise, providing training on the employment system, and informing employers about the benefits of hiring PWD.

Overall Project Goal: Support inclusive employment of persons with disabilities, with a focus on women with disabilities, by creating social enterprises and enhancing their integration into the labor market.

Specific Objectives of the Project:

Establish a Social Enterprise: Create one social enterprise (an art shop) in Nikšić that will employ 3 women with disabilities for a period of 6 months. This enterprise will provide job positions in sales, marketing, and production, offering economic support and skill development for the employees.

Enhance Knowledge and Employment Opportunities: Organize educational training for at least 20 persons with disabilities and 20 employers in Nikšić. These training sessions will cover the employment system, the benefits of hiring PWD, and social entrepreneurship, aiming to improve awareness and employment prospects for PWD."
