Improving the quality of local media by applying modern media laws and procedures in 15 municipalities (Podgorica, Niksic, Herceg Novi, Pljevlja, Rozaje, Budva, Andrijevica, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, Kotor, Tivat, Bar, Berane, Bijelo Polje, and Ulcinj). After the adoption of founding acts, the management structure of local public broadcasters will be professionalized, and its degree of independence in editorial policy will increase, as well as the participation of civil society in the decision-making process in these institutions. Main activities: Preparation of model acts for the implementation of laws on audiovisual media services; Organizing the presentation of model acts for the management bodies of local public broadcasters and municipalities representatives; Organizing a Conference for the media on the presentation of model acts; Informative meetings with civil society organizations on the formation of new councils of local public broadcasters; Meetings with decision-makers on the adoption and implementation of decisions on establishing local public broadcasters.
