The project contributes to strengthening participatory management processes of protected areas and nature parks, through the empowerment of local communities, CSOs, and protected areas managers. Main activities: Preparation of the Analysis of the involvement of local communities in the work of protected areas in Montenegro; Creation of the Manual for the establishment of the Council of Users; Establishment of the Komovi Nature Park User Council (Andrijevica); Development of the Rulebook on the work of the Council and development of a three-year Action Plan; Organizing a workshop for CSOs and managers on the topic of local community and user participation in protected areas; Organizing a round table on public participation in decision-making in nature protection; Organization of the Exhibition and Open Day in Komovi Nature Park;
