Overall objective of the project is to build capacities of CSOs to be reactive and efficient stakeholders that credibly represent interests of citizens and communities in Montenegro.

Specific objectives: Specific objective is to support the development of clear role and niche of 11-16 small sized CSOs in their communities.

The project “Resource Center for Civil Society Organizations – Phase II in Montenegro” is financed by the European Union through the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro and implemented by the Center for the Development of Non-Governmental Organizations.
