Overall objective: Contribute to establishment of the rule of law and effective fight against corruption and organized crime in Montenegro. Specific objectives:
SO1. Increase transparency of judiciary in the fight against corruption and organized crime;
SO2. Increase accountability, reduce conflict of interest and illicit enrichment in judiciary;
SO3. Improve laws and judicial practices for processing corruption and organized crime, and confiscating illegally obtained assets.
