To contribute to establishment of the rule of law and more sustainable development of Montenegro.
Specific objectives:
1. Increase transparency of planning and implementation of the largest development projects in infrastructure, energy and tourism.
2. Improve public participation in decision-making and monitoring implementation of laws, planning and tender documents for the targeted projects;
3. Reduce corruption in preparation and implementation of the targeted projects.
