Overall objective: Increase the social inclusion of people with disabilities- PWDs in all areas of life. Specific objective: Development of community life support services for PWDs. Other outcomes:
1. Developing of an innovative support service for independent living of PWDs in the community on an equal basis. 2. Strengthening the capacity of local organizations of PWDs to develop and provide support services for PWDs. 3. Promoting the possibility of developing and improving social and child protection services for PWDs.
